Opinion Statement: The state government should not create a law to limit the noise levels coming from car stereos; this is a form of discrimination, present laws exist that address this, and a new law would add to the workload of the police. Reason 1: Singling out noise from car stereos is a form of discrimination. --contains ethical appeal-- Reason 2: A law like this will add to the burden of overworked police. --contains emotional appeal-- Reason 3: There are laws about disturbing the peace that cover this situation. --contains logical appeal-- Conclusion: The state government should not create a law that limits the noise levels coming from car stereos. There are laws about disturbing the peace that already exist. Also, this law would add to overworked police and is a form of discrimination.
