I - BACKGROUND (1) • Recommendation for African Stakeholders: • A strong commitment of RECs and Member States to ensure the same priority and avoid redundancy and duplications (synergy objective) • PIDA ownership by African Stakeholders is requested • Capacity Building and training activities should be immediately engaged to better accompany programmes implementation
I - BACKGROUND (2) Recommendation for Development Partners: A strong support for the implementation of Africa infrastructure development initiatives; Bring assistance for capacity building. The AU Summit Declarations should be inserted in the ICA road map

III - CONCLUSION The African Stakeholders are expecting a strong involvement of Development Partners in the implementation of the PIDA priority action plan that will be soon delivered.
