Introduction Next Steps (1) • Consultation Event • Feedback from the parallel sessions • Consultation questionnaire (deadline 19th December) • Have we identified the key economic and labour market challenges and opportunities? • Will the strategy help deliver jobs and growth for Coventry and Warwickshire? • Have we identified the most appropriate investment themes and indicative activities? • Are there any other areas of activity that the ERDF and ESF should focus on to maximise Coventry and Warwickshire’s economic potential? • Do you agree with the funding prioritisation outlined in the ESIF strategy?

Introduction Next Steps (2) • Consultation Event – Feedback from the parallel sessions • Consultation questionnaire – deadline 19th December • Ongoing discussions with ‘opt-in’ organisations and moving towards service level agreements • Redrafting of themes based on feedback from government and stakeholder consultation • Finalisation of the ESIF strategy and presentation to the CWLEP board (27th January) • Submission to government on the 31st January • Development of commissioning approach with ‘opt-in’ organisations as appropriate and development of CWLEP open calls. • Current anticipated programme start – 1st September 2014
