Priscilla has over 20 years of experience in the areas of human resources, and organizational and employee development, working for Wyeth, Eaton, NIKE, Texas Instruments, Millipore, National Semiconductor, and Corning Cable System. Some of the projects Priscilla has worked on include serving as an executive coach and consultant to the VP of Nike Global Footwear; developing Nike Footwear succession plan for board review; designing and developing performance management and employee development system; and redesigning organizational structures.
