  3. Why Can’t an Unsupervised Clerk Cover These Activities? • Because NONE of these activities is properly in the job description of a clerk

  5. Conclusion • Unsupervised LMC clerks do not engage in activities that make a difference. • As a result, students score poorly. • Thus, hiring only a clerk, produces a sense of false economy.
