End of Unit Project • You will work in teams to plan for setting up a new company with a small workforce (between 5 and 20 people) • e.g. restaurant, shop, software company, garage etc. • Your job will be to think through and plan for all the key HR factors to ensure your new venture is a success • You have three lessons to work on the project + homework time • At the end, materials will be displayed on the wall of 215
