Solving the Issues • 4 Work Packages • principles of effective demand stimulation • create stimulation tools & materials • deploy those tools & materials & • encourage transnational collaboration
Diagnostic • Develop dynamic & tailored tool for delivery to a range of SMEs with different levels of digital maturity • The tool will focus on ways that new technologies can be incorporated into the business processes of rural SMEs to • encourage resilience, • increase efficiency, & • boost competitiveness. • Delivered on the ground by local advisors • Diagnostic will be developed into a smart app for wider access
Become an Advisor • Seeking up to 8 digital evangelists • To join a Call Off Panel • Different skills sets, from all-rounders to social media guru’s or cloud experts to app developers • Able to spot the opportunities & risks of the SME adopting new technology • Impartial and independent of any supplier
Attend paid training sessions • Contribute to the advice templates through crowd sourcing • Deliver 1-1 advice & guidance to rural SMEs • 150 Sessions
