  1. Massachusetts Juror Service Website Demonstration Office of Jury Commissioner for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

  2. INTRODUCTION Thank you for viewing the demonstration of the Office of Jury Commissioner’s Juror Service Website. Because the real website contains confidential juror information, only summoned jurors can access the actual site. This slide show provides screen shots of the web pages jurors see when they log on to confirm, postpone, disqualify, or request a hardship transfer. (Please bear in mind that the screen shots are smaller than the actual web pages. The real web pages fill the screen when the juror logs on.)

  3. Part I: Simple Confirmation (Juror seeks to confirm scheduled date) Massachusetts Juror Service Website

  4. Massachusetts Juror Service Website Part II: Seeking a Disqualification (Juror Reviews Reasons for Disqualification and Provides Required Proof of Disqualification)

  5. Massachusetts Juror Service Website Part III: Scheduling a Postponement (Juror may reschedule service to a date of his or her choosing, within one year of scheduled date of service)

  6. Massachusetts Juror Service Website Part IV: Requesting a Hardship Transfer (Juror asks to serve in a different court due to hardship)
