  3. Civilization and Civilized Man Human Zoo: 1- Population increase Crowded communities 2- Pollution 3- Nutrition: improvement – style – increased weight 4- Decrease in physical exercise 5- Biorhythm: electricity - entertainment 6- Hierarchy of needs 7- Man vs others 8- Man vs environment

  4. Civilization and Civilized Man Human Zoo: It seems man outgrew infantile bliss and left forever the Garden of Eden. Living in civilized society became continuous negotiation with conflicts and stress.

  7. Signs and Symptoms of Dis-ease • Same but most of the time: • Pleasure decreases • Dysphoria increases • Anomie and self-pity • Not relieved by holidays • Affecting negatively performance at work and relations
