  2. STRENGHT • MMM is a community of mutual aid and donation exchange. • Community provides help by peer to peer • MMM does not have a central account • You contribute with your desired amount. • The system is honest and open about the risks

  3. WEAKNESSES • Participants get blocked because of wrong details and late deposits • Members abusing the system and resource • Some participants are abusing the system and takes advantage of the resources • Loosing trust of participants

  4. OPPORTUNITIES • MMM gives the community opportunities of a better living • When you recruit you get a 10% referral bonus • Every participants is given an opportunity to become managers and get managers bonus • MMM does NOT make people rich but a sustainable financial living especial at this stage of high unemployment rate

  5. THREATS • Hacked of accounts. • Giving your particulars to anyone besides your guider • Participants that are not confident and trust the system whenever the rumours are spread about the MMM community • Participants do not how to access their PO

  6. CONCLUSION MMM IS CHANGING THE WORLD TOGETHER WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD
