  1. Following Condition needs to be fulfill while uploading FQR. • Repair solution is not available with the ASC. • Problem has been resolved by ASC once but repeating same problem after some time. • Repair solution is available with ASC but number of complain for same problem are • increasing as compare to other symptom or customer complain for same symptom are very frequent. • IV. In case Model launch one year Before, problem should be reported/repeated minimum by five customers.

  2. Following information should be available while posting FQR. • Symptom – • Actual symptom should be mentioned. • Symptom Description : • Step by step Symptom description should be mentioned to reproduce the problem at HO. • 2. Repair History- • All the possible L2 repair should be carried out at ASC end and details should be mentioned in repair history column. • Attachment • If required, attach the photo /video of the defective part, actual symptom etc. • In case, number of customer complain increasing for same symptom, Attach an excel file mentioning all the defective handset details- IMEI/Serial Number • In case problem is occurring in some particular SIM and working fine with others, add the SIM card details(Operator Name/SIM capacity 64 K,32K,16K/SIM Plan-Pre Paid, post Paid, etc) in excel file. • Please do not upload the SPX job Sheet screen shot. • Software version should be mentioned as a complete string with release date • Ex.KM380TAT-00-V10c-404-XXX-AUG-28-2008+0.

  3. FQRExample 1 – Symptom : No call log Symptom Description: When call log is full i.e. when it reaches to 90, then if you receive new calls, only the last call is saved in call log. Ideally the older call logs should get deleted to accommodate recent calls, but here the older call logs doesn't get deleted & only the last dialed gets saved in call log. At the same time if a missed call comes, it is not visible in the call log Repair history: 1. If the software is upgraded or if the call log is deleted manually then the problem gets resolved but it repeats again after 4-5 days of usage when the call log again reaches to full. 2. Checked with the new (ASC stock) PCB same problem observed.

  4. FQRExample 2 – Symptom : Phone reboots intermittently. Symptom Description: Go to Gallery --> Open videos --> Play a video --> While playing a video, missed call comes --> Go to missed call history --> Dial the missed call number --> Phone reboots Repair history: 1. Formatted the card & Upgraded the software, but issue not resolved. 2. Checked with the New PCB(ASC Stock) Same problem found.
