Objective • Develop a self-sustaining model to support traditional Tibetan Crafts • Provide strategy and guidance to enable Friendship Charity to develop a more formalized structure and process for its project Project Objective and Process Pivot Support Areas • Assess current operations and process: identify current objectives, key stakeholders, current structure, current fundraising avenues, etc. • Identify key requirements: volunteer resources, capital resources, materials, design experts for new designs etc • Assess/develop an organization structure with detailed responsibilities • Evaluate fundraising and self-funding opportunities Deliverables • Defined objectives for Tibetan Crafts project • Clear organizational structure • Sustainable fundraising process • Roadmap for implementation
