Go Green in the CityInternational challenge for students to find energy management solutions • Competition for university business and engineering students • Teams of two students (must include at least one woman) in Brazil, China, Germany, France, India, Poland, Russia, Turkey, and the U.S. • Top 25 teams flown to Paris to make their final presentations in front of a VIP panel of judges • The winning team gets to travel the world, visit Schneider Electric offices, and receive job offers

Energy Efficiency Campus Competition (China) • Competition for university students to design and build innovative energy efficiency solutions. Green Ambassadors • Encourages students who have participated in Schneider Electric contests to speak at trade fairs, press conferences, and company events around the world. Green ambassadors receive recognition for their achievements and are offered attractive job opportunities. Innovation Challenge (India) • Annual, open competition in which students showcase creative ideas that can make everyday life efficient and easier. HOMES Program (France) • Consortium of 13 industrial and research partners to adapt the electrical distribution and control systems in buildings in order to optimize energy management: ambition of reducing energy use up to 20% in buildings. MIT Media Lab Sponsorship (United States) • Project to develop rapid, high-power charging station for rapid charging of CityCar and other electric vehicles.
