SWRR Activities • Hold regional meetings to identify local issues, disseminate information, and motivate regional people. • This helps update the indicators. • Work with professional societies like Water Environment Federation and AWRA to expand area of interest and locate new ideas from the professional community.
SWRR’s 2007 Actions • WEFTEC’07 Track on Sustainable Water Resources Mgmt., San Diego. • World Water Congress, ASCE, Tampa, Joint Paper with USFS. • WE&T II on Water Sustainability, June. • WEFTEC.06 Papers now on web site, (for use by feds and others).
SWRR’s 2007 Actions • SWRR revised the framework, May-Nov. • Developed draft compendium of statistics to populate the framework. • Session at Ecological Society, Aug. • SWRR meetings: Nov. 15-16, NOAA, May 22-23, Natl Renewable Energy Lab, CO, Jan. 25-26, Metro Wash. COG.

Requested ACWI Action • SWRR requests review and comment on the Compendium of Statistics to Populate the Framework. • What other statistics should be used to populate the framework? • Are there better statistics?
