Examination account Must include: Details of the declaration Date and time of the examination Who was present All the details used to identify the goods How the sample was taken How it was representative How it was sealed and stored Any other information available A Witness Statement!
Analysis Request Must show details of: The declared goods The sampled packages The quantity of the samples The seals put on the samples The purpose of the sampling (or the analysis required)
Office Records Records of examinations Records of samples Records of storage Records of dispatch to analyst
Laboratory record Must include: The receipt of the sample The seals found on the samples Sample registration number When theseals were broken/when analysis was carried out What analysis was carried out The results of the analysis
