Figure S1 Figure S1 Blood chimerism between parabiosed partners. Parabiotic mice were analyzed for the degree of peripheral blood chimerism by flow cytometry. Data are plotted as the mean (+/- SD) percent young partner-derived (Ly5.2+ or GFP+) blood leukocytes present in the bloodstream of young isochronic or old heterochronic parabionts, or of old partner-derived (Ly5.1+) leukocytes present in the blood of young heterochronic parabionts.
