About our Foundation Dream Makers Youth Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 that provides community-based educational, recreational, and therapeutic services to preschool through high school-aged children with special needs throughout metropolitan Atlanta. Our mission is to enable children with special needs to be as independent as their conditions allow, within their natural environments.

About our Foundation We believe that children with special needs have the right to engage in all activities made available to typically developing children. • They deserve to have an accessible environment • They deserve to feel good about themselves • They deserve to enjoy being kids, regardless of their condition We are committed to: • Promoting the overall well-being of children with special needs and their families • Empowering children with special needs to be active, productive individuals • Increasing community levels of awareness, empathy, respect, and comfort towards individuals with disabilities

Our Annual Events Dream Makers Youth Foundation hosts the following events throughout the year to provide opportunities for children to engage in recreational activities, increase community exposure of our organization, improve community awareness about needs and ABILITIES those who are disabled, and to raise money for our programs and the general operation of our organization. • Casino Night & Auction • Chasing the Dream 5k Road Race • Family Movie Night • Holiday Party • Celebrity Wheelchair Basketball Jam

Celebrity Wheelchair Basketball Jam Star-studded, fast-paced game of wheelchair basketball where celebrities, often using sports chairs for the first time, play with and against wheelchair athletes. • Initiated in 2004 • Introduces our community to wheelchair basketball • Encourages people to focus on the ABILITIES of this who are disabled • Partnered with the Atlanta Dream and hosted at Philips Arena in 2013 Past participants include: Gavin Cloy (Paralympian - Team USA Basketball)  Jessica Galli (Paralympian – Team USA Track & Field)  Mario West (NBA/NBADL)  Josh Childress (NBA)  Jerry Clark (Jerry Clark Foundation)  Lil’ Bankhead & L-Breezy (V103 Radio Personality)  Big Will (95.5 The Beat Radio Personality)  Mark Selbee (World Champion Kickboxer)  John Shibley (Radio Personalilty)  Alasia Ballard (America’s Next Top Model)  Anthony Allen (Georgia Tech Football)  Dominique Reese (Georgia Tech Football)  Terance Mathis (NFL)  Dorsey Levens (NFL)  Nick Anderson (NBA)  Jumpin’ Jackie Jackson (Harlem Globetrotters)  Stevie Baggs (NFL/CFL)

Celebrity Wheelchair Basketball Jam Dream Makers Youth Foundation is currently seeking sponsors with similar missions and objectives, who are interested in making a difference in the lives of children with special needs and their families. Become a sponsor of our 10th ANNUAL Celebrity Wheelchair Basketball Jamchoosing the sponsorship level which best meets your company’s marketing needs. Becoming a sponsor will be an awesome marketing opportunity for businesses to introduce their companies and products during an event that averages 7,000 - 8,000 in attendance!! Tickets are also included in each packet that could be used as incentives or to show appreciation. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE!!!
