ALICE • The LAMS will follow the ALICE system. • ALICE is an acronym to help remember how to react to an intruder or an act of violence. • Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate • ALICE is committed to increasing survivability in a violent intruder event through training proactive response options. The LAMS will routinely practice this system. • When ALICE response strategies are implemented, unwilling participants in the event are empowered to choose their best survival option.
