Job Fit • Each of us has a unique set of skills, interests, abilities and personality styles we use to get our work done. • We tend to be happiest when we’re pursuing those things (job duties & task) that are in alignment with what comes “natural” to us. • Many employers refer to this as “Job Fit”.
