  8. Training Centers andregional offices MEV’s headquarters are located in Istanbul. • 4 regional offices (Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, and Gebze) with • 19 full-time staff and about 100 part-time and freelancetrainers. MESS Training Foundation

  9. Successfully performed Over 600 thousand employees, 10 million training man-hours in 26 years. MEVhas implemented various training projects over the years. MESS Training Foundation

  10. MESS – Türk Metal (LabourUnion) Joint Training Project • Targeting the training of 130,000 workers who are members of Türk Metal. The project started in 2000. • 70,000 workers were trained under the project in last 11 years. • Financed by both MESS(employer ass.) and Türk Metal(union). • The subjects covered by the three-day training programs include: communication, conflict management, TQM, labour law, industrial relations.
