  2. To get credit for this workshop as your option for Part A of the quiz: Download and/or print out the handout for Module 5. (Word 2007 or pdf) Fill out the questions on the handout, either by hand for snail mail or scanned attachment. Alternatively you can fill in the word document, and attach it to the email when you submit your quiz, e-club make-up etc. The handout has at least one question referencing each of the four modules, but you won’t have to do much additional work beyond what you did in the exercises/action steps in the previous modules, so just grab your other handouts/notes and this should only take a few minutes.
