  2. Ameresco Update Introduction This presentation is designed to provide the Oconto Falls School District with a brief update of the project status and the improvements being implemented. Ameresco will be providing these monthly updates until the project is completed.

  6. Ameresco Update When Does Energy Savings Benefit Begin? Energy Savings Benefit: Immediate - Partial savings begins as retrofit work progresses At Completion – Savings generated when system is installed and fully integrated

Ameresco Update Bell / PA System Replacement STATUS: Abrams Elementary - Complete Oconto Falls Emanatory School - Not Yet Started Both Schools were in need of a new Public Address/Bell Notification System upgrade. The Abrams system completely failed as a result of a lighting strike this summer. The Abrams installed system head end(hardware and software) was completed and operational on September 11th.   10. Ameresco Update Roof Replacement – HS Old Gym STATUS: Pre-Bid Walk through Complete Roofing section is leaking and in need of a complete replacement. A new 30 year Roof has been designed with construction anticipated for Nov 12th. Benefits/Results • Elimination of the potential for roof leakage • causing interior water damage • Capital Budget Savings • Operational and Maintenance Savings

Ameresco Update Lighting Retrofits and Controls STATUS: LED Pilot Light Study In Progress Ameresco installed two different manufacturer’s LED lighting systems in August down two separate halls at OFES. Each hall has three fixtures (same type) installed for testing purposes. The information and analysis from this pilot program will be the basis for interior LED lighting upgrades. • Benefits/Results • Energy Savings • Operational and Maintenance Savings
