No chance of reporting of Missing information in the drawings 3. Inter-linking is not possible in different types of documents 4. Not possible to find related drawings like Single Line, Circuit drawings, Cabinet Drawings etc. easily. Drawings & Documents 5. Modifications are only recorded manually 6.Takes sufficiently long time in fault finding and rectification. 7. Part list or bill of material does not get updated 8. Non-availability of up-to-date documents leads the Maintenance team to wrong conclusion which may in turn lead to serious safety consequences. 9.
