  3. Average Certifications per Day Total number of certifications ÷ Total number of days working=Average number of certifications • PI runs monthly • Suggest LAs run monthly or quarterly

  4. Why is this report important? • Screenshot of: • staff productivity • Clinic flow • Certifications • Out of State transfers • What is PI looking at? • Staff productivity • Over production?? • i.e. false certifications and transfers

  6. Report Levels • Same data, less search parameters • Local agency level can select single or multiple clinics • Clinic level only includes clinic user is logged in to
