Brown Rice Pilaf Divide your paper into 3 columns. In the first column list 8 major ingredients in the recipe. In the second column identify one of the 6 nutrients that you believe would be found in high amounts. Use Appendix C in Guide to Good Food to identify how much of that nutrient is found in that food. Write your answer in column 3. Make sure to include the unit of measurement and serving size identified in the book. • Example: there are 50 grams of carbohydrates in 1cup of brown rice.
