  2. Joanne Jenson – How to fall up a career ladder Jo brings to the lectern extensive experience in business administration and education. Her employment history has included a range of positions in both the public and private sectors. Jo has worked alongside some of Australia’s leading businessmen and a former State Treasurer. In 2007 Jo completed her Master of Education and she is currently completing her Doctorate of Education. Jo is also a lecturer at Swinburne University in a postgraduate management course which she wrote and has been teaching for the past 10 years. Jo is a past Board member and Director of the Institute of Professional Secretaries and Administrators, where she spent 10 years serving on the Victorian Management Committee. She is regarded by both her clients and peers as a mentor and expert in interpersonal and communications skills and work-life balance. Jo is a dynamic presenter who never fails to enthral her audiences by her extensive knowledge and experience. Her sense of humour and down-to-earth attitude make her a presenter not to be missed.
