Too demanding 4. Low concern 5. Low passion 6. Overly dominant 7. Resistant to change 8. Aggressive 9. Low self control

  3. What is Leadership ? The process of influencing a positive change through others.

  4. Over confident • A good leader should not be over confident. Being too much confident will make it hard for him to move away from his own mistakes.

  5. Overly concern • Being too much concern would sooner make a person ignores what he was doing.

  6. Low concern • If the leader seems to show less of care and committment his employee may not follow him and they would not be interested in performing their tasks.

  7. Low passion • Leaders must be good listeners. They should not be low passionate.

  8. Overly dominant • Dominating everything does not mean that he is a great leader.

  9. Resistant to change • If a leader is showing resistant to change his employee will also not act favorably for the change which will effect them in achieving organizational targets.

  10. Aggressive • A good leader should be very much patient and careful in dealing with people when he is in a bad temper.

  11. Low self control • Overcoming this personal constraint of low self control would be a plus point to control aggressiveness and facing problems.

  12. Conclusion • Overcomig these personal contraints would make an engineer great with a great leadership qualities which will help him to reach the top of his carrier.
