Wireless Network Impact:September 11 • Impaired Grade of Service Provided • Underlying Factors to Degraded Level of Service • Extraordinary Call Demand - Nationwide • Loss of Sites Associated with underlying landline and power connectivity – WTC Only • Minimal Impact to Network – WTC Only • < .2% NYC Sites Destroyed Outright • < 5% NYC Sites Out of Service
