  4. What does Dorothy House provide? Hospice at home service Family Support services, pre- and post- bereavement Outreach centres at Trowbridge and Peasedown St John Complementary therapies for patients and carers

  5. Providing support to patients, family and carers before and after bereavement • Social work • Psychological service • Adult bereavement service • Children and young people’s service • Chaplaincy Family Support Services

  6. Help patients, families and carers with emotional, social and practical needs • Pre- and post-bereavement support • Work with children and young people before and after the death of a parent/grandparent • Support bereaved relatives with a team of 30+ trained volunteers How do we respond?
