NOTICEABLE TRENDS • Consolidations & Mergers – contributing to the increasing vacancy rates. • Subleases COMMON. • Movie Industry Tenants occupying some warehouse space • Lots of Tenants threatening bankruptcy. • Not a lot of companies Relocating…but most of those that move are downsizing & attempting to decrease their monthly rent. • Still too much Big Box Space

NATURAL GAS PRICES • The Haynesville Shale is a rock formation mainly composed of consolidated clay-sized particles deposited and buried in northwest Louisiana and East Texas more than 170 million years ago during the Upper Jurassic age. The Haynesville Shale has recently been estimated to be the largest natural gas field in the contiguous 48 states with an estimated 250 trillion cubic feet (7.1×1012 m3) of recoverable gas.
