2. Traditional Wear • This Yoruba clothing is name Agbaba-this is a four piece Nigerian outfit .It includes a hat ,buba, flowing agbaba and pants. • Their are different outfits that have different • names . Figure 1.This picture was presented by Philipo.

3. TRADITIONAL WOMEN WEAR • The dresses are worn by the women. • They are colorful and have lost of patterns that compliments their wear. Figure 2This wear was presented by Tia a Nigerian Island girl.

4. Nigeria Food • This is Fried Ripe Plantain, the Nigerian way, also called dodo. It is a common accompaniment to a dish of rice. • A Plate of egusi soup and assorted meat and fresh fish. Another great Nigerian soup. Figure 3 Nigerian agusi soup.

5. How to Make Nigeria Soup • The Nigerian stew is a special type of stew prepared and eaten all over that country. It is a unique blend of tomato, onion, fresh red hot pepper, fried in vegetable oil and to which meat, or fish or a combination of both is added, with some seasonings. It is often called Nigerian tomato stew or Nigerian red stew to reflect the ingredient or the look of the stew. • It leaves a red, excitingly spicy stew that can be served with boiled white rice, or boiled yam or boiled plantain. It can also be served with grated fresh cooked okra and eaten with pounded yam or eba. Hmmm. • Nigerian stew comes in the following forms: • Nigerian beef stew • Nigerian fish stew • Nigerian goat stew • Nigerian chicken stew or • Nigerian spinach stew figure4 shows the Yoruba food

6. Nigeria’s Houses Not all Nigerian live in compounds with their families. As you can see they have big beautiful houses. 7. Nigerian Cars • Nigerian cars are bought all over the world. • Nigerian salespeople send cars to their families back home. Figure 6 shows Nigerian street cars.

8. Nigerian Schools • Many Nigerian schools are jam packed with students. • Students that are smart and eager to learn. • Not many supplies they have to go to mourning class and later night class. Figure 7 was done by a photographer traveler.

9. Nigeria Music • Here a new upcoming Nigerian girl who sings • Yoruba music. • She grew up listening to great Yoruba music. Figure 8 token of Sasha

10. Nigerian Models • Successful Nigerian models who has traveled the world . • Under the leadership of Bashha these girls have accomplished many set goals. • These woman has helped their families and influenced other young Nigerian ladies true beauty. Figure 9 Nigerian Top models .

11. Nigerian Governor • Ahmid Alehae is the first governor to open an opportunity for men and women to work independently. • Letting men and women have their own business. Figure 10 Ahmid first year in office.

12. Soccer Nigerian people love soccer. This is the main “sport” that is played among children in Nigeria. Their are top soccer players who have came from Nigeria. Figure 11Ghana college team.

13. FacePainting • Face painting is done among Nigerian for celebrations. • The culture celebrate by either wearing a mask or face painting. Figure 12 Nigerian paintings.

14. Care Giver Some parts of Nigeria are very poor. There are people who are their to help low income families . Sometimes they Adopt kids who are given up for adoption. Figure 13 caring for the homeless family.

15. WAR Some places or areas are ruled by the army. Sometimes to get a police or an army man to come to your house you have to pay them. Some army men are rude and cruel to the people in their village. Figure 14 army men

16. Nigerian Supermarket They cook with a lot of vegetables. Their stores are under tents or just outside. They keep food in baskets which is easier for them to transport backwards and forward to their home. Figure 15 Nigerian market

17. Mother’s Care Some mother have new born babies that they cant carry around all day . So they carry them on their backs with a scarf . Women in Nigeria work very hard and have to work when having kids also. Figure 16 mother care for child odabae.

19. Ms.Nigeria Lia was chosen for Ms. Nigeria. She won by her appearance her goals and intelligence . Judges was impress by her leadership and achievements threw her life . Figure 18 she won in 2009.

20. Church Service • Christianity is the only religion men and women are mixed in the same group. • Muslims separate men and ladies .Things are done a lot different .Everybody has to take off their shoes before entering the Mos. • Ladies MUST wear head scarf . Figure 19 Christian church.
