By combining with Oracle, BigMachines creates end-to-end solutions that allow sales personnel to be more productive and companies to grow revenue faster. As a result of the acquisition, BigMachines was in need of field representatives capable of quickly building new business and hitting their revenue number. Solution: SEG provided BigMachines with a number of candidates for the field representative position.
