  3. HSPT • 298 multiple choice questions • Verbal, quantitative, reading, mathematics, language sections • Score based on number answered correctly no points subtracted for wrong answers

  4. SSAT • 210 multiple choice questions + writing sample • Writing sample, mathematics, verbal reasoning, mathematics, and reading comprehension sections • Scoring: 1 point for each correct answer ¼ point deducted for each incorrect answer

  5. ISEE • 160multiple choice questions + essay • Verbal reasoning, quantitative, reading comprehension, math achievement, and essay sections • Scoring: 1 pt. for each correct answer no deduction for an incorrect answer
