Due to unstable livelihoods and lack of health care issues, people fail to give the right environment and food to their children. This simply means children bear the brunt of several ruthless conditions. Some of the harsh effects of poor diet include: 1. Tiredness and fatigue Lack of adequate food cause excessive impact on a body. If it is a child, it can cause lifelong problems with respect to body development, activeness etc. Every child needs nutritious diet for healthy development and if good food is not provided, he or she may face fatigue. Children should always be active and healthy but lack of food can make them remain tired most of the time. 2. Decreased concentration and memory When there is less supply of good food, it directly impacts the entire body. One of the harshest e?ects is you tend to deteriorate in mental health.
