On phone client mentioned that they have problem of high humidity in their villa due to which there are problem of wetness on floor, water drop formation of ceiling and bad smell in whole villa. After site study we came to know that since villa is at Palm Jumeirah (which is very close to sea) humidity in surrounding air is very high during summer and when this surrounding outside air enter in villa when windows are open, it bring high humidity which needs to be remove.
