  4. Main rules • Territorial units in Ukraine: Zakarpatska oblast, Ivano-Frankivska oblast + Chernivetska oblast (Adjacent area with limited participation ) • Partnership principle in project level (new element) • The contact point is the JTS (Budapest)

Create better conditions for SMEs and business development • PRIORITY 2:Enhance environmental quality • 2.1. Environmental protection, sustainable use and management of natural resources • 2.2. Emergency preparedness

  8. Priorities and measures • PRIORITY 3:Increase border efficiency - 3.1. Improvement of border-crossing transport infrastructure and equipment at border controls • PRIORITY 4:Support people to people cooperation • 4.1. Institutional cooperation • 4.2. Small scale “people to people” cooperation
