Project Management Definition and ConceptWHAT IS PROJECT LIFE CYCLE ? A process of collecting decision requirements for the stakeholders of project phases for the purpose of determining the control needs. Examples are: Phase 1: Determine Need and Feasibility—culminates in a formal approval of the project concept or a “go or no go” decision Phase 2: Create Project Plan—Getting the project plan approved by sponsors before work begin. Phase 3: Create Product Specifications—obtaining approval of the specifications from sponsors and stakeholders.
