PRIMARY INSOMNIA • Insomnia is the inability that wont let you have the amount of sleep. The difficulty can be in falling asleep and remaining asleep. People with insomnia wont feel refreshed when they wake up in the mornings. • Insomnia is a common symptom affect millions of people that may be caused by many conditions, diseases, or circumstances.

Prognosis • These symptoms occur for at least one month and are not caused by another sleep disorder, mental disorder, substance use disorder, or general medical condition • Insomnia is mostly to every age from young to adulthood. The onset of Insomnia generally develops during a stressful time and after stress passes the non-restorative sleep continues
