Whole School Development 2nd YEAR AfL Project • Comment Only class tests for ALL 2nd Years • A 10-15 minute class period on return of tests for follow-up (AfL) • Specific Comment transferred into Green Book by all students, signed by teacher. • ON A TRIAL basis from SEPTEMBER to CHRISTMAS 2012

Whole School Development Strategy for Targetted Group DP and a colleague meet with the identified group every 2 weeks to work on student’s Action Plan Parents work with child on implementing/improving Action Plan Progress monitored by DP and Year Head every two weeks, involving tutors, teachers, parents and child. (ON A TRIAL basis from SEPT to CHRISTMAS 2012)
