Rule #1: Make sure you have read the precode manual. The training segments do not replace reading the manual. Categorize your problem (e.g., PowerSchool, DQR). The type of problem determines who to contact at the SCDE. E-mail is an efficient way of communicating with SCDE staff. Always include your phone number. When your schools have questions, the district precode coordinator is their first source of help. Getting Help
