Introduction • Enhancing Entrepreneurship in SME Development & Export Consortia • International training programme • 4 weeks: 9 August – 3 September 2010 • Sponsor: Thailand International Coordination Agency (TICA) • Objectives: • To facilitate pre-, during and post- training programme • To improve from the SME course from past years • To apply participatory approach in the training process

Knowledge • Stakeholder Analysis • Identify the primary and secondary stakeholders in the training course • Select participants from different interest groups to represent different stakeholders • PRA • PRA will be introduced to the participants before they go to field trips. • Priority • Identify the priority issues among multitasks

  4. Skills • Apply participatory approach into training • Team work, role play, field trip, learning game • Field trip arrangement • Logistics, food restriction, venue selection, guide questions preparation • Team work • Work with people from different background • Dividing tasks according to team members’ strength & weakness
