Education takes place at both DTU and KVL and is given at BSc and MSc level. OBJECTIVES: - Prepare Skilled graduates to support the food industry, able to act in different areas like: . Production . Quality Control and Quality Management . Development of New Products and Processes . Research and Development . Distribution and Marketing . Industry Management . Consulting and Education The graduates work: 25% in Research and Development 75% in Food Industry - Establish the connection between the academic, scientific and industrial realities A 5 or 5 1/2 year Msc-degree after 12 undergraduate study years. The disciplines are grouped in 6 main topics: 50% Compulsory 50 % Optional distributed as: Date: January 2001
