Grammar Catch Phrase Core Test Grammar Review
Directions • In the following slides, your knowledge of parts of speech, sentence structures, commas, adverbs, colons, and parentheses will be tested in an effort to prepare you for the core test. With each word you see on the following slides, you will need to either define it or give an example of it. After you finish, the person next to you will do the next word and so on. The trick is to answer as many as you can before the timer rings, and you don’t want the timer to ring while it is your turn or the other team wins a point. Good luck!
