  1. Quick Start Guide A critical component to any business is teamwork. Our Diamond Success System Quick start is designed to help you develop leaders in your business through a mentor program. Most new business owners want to hit the ground running, yet lack some of the skills and information needed to effectively recruit and retail. This model allows the new person to start quickly and rely on their up team initially while developing the necessary skills.

  2. Your only requirement to become a distributor (IBO) is a $45 fee (non-commissionable) which allows you to purchase product at wholesale. This fee also includes your Qivana Paycard, free website, and the Qivana training manual ("The Blackbook"). Many of our Independent Business Owners (IBOs) are looking to earn an additional $500, $1000 or much more per month by leveraging their time through the development of other business builders who are moving products to end users in over 20 different markets. This innovative new twist in how products are brought to consumers is called Cross Platform Marketing and incorporates over 40 different ways to market our products and opportunity both online and offline.

  3. Getting started to build the business is as simple as placing an initial product order of $250, $500, or $1000 plus the initial $45 fee. To make the most money the fastest we recommend the $1000 initial product package. To qualify for a check from your teams commissionable volume you must also choose a 100 or 200 point monthly auto ship order at the time of the sign-in, it wont be charged or shipped for 28 days after the initial sign-in. The auto ship can be changed or canceled at anytime. Your monthly auto ship requirement can be any combination of your personal volume and your customer volume. Example: one customer on our 100 point Metaboliq system auto ship will qualify you for commissions.

  4. We recommend that your monthly auto ship order be 200 points (personal usage or customer volume.) As an example, 2 customers on Metaboliq = 200 points, this will allow you to double your fast cash bonus and maximize the compensation plan. We believe you will find the initial product kit, and your monthly auto-ship are very affordable and an invaluable component of your new business. We suggest working with your up team members to choose the correct start-up options that meet your goals and objectives.

  5. In step one you completed your enrollment, initial product order, and established your 28 day auto ship. We would like to welcome you to the Qivana Team and help you take immediate action to start building your business. Let’s get started by setting up some goals and objectives (qualify the new IBO) so you and your up-team can work together to achieve those goals. This is an extremely important form to complete. Take a few minutes to complete our online goals and objectives form and share it with your up team members. Do not skip this vital tool in qualifying and committing the new IBO to obtaining their goals.

  6. You will be sharing how much time you plan to commit to the business and your earning objective per month to start. This information will help both you and your up-team manage your time, especially for your first month in business. *Remember no one can make you do the business, nor can they commit more time to your business than you do. We can not make you successful, we can only give you the tools and you have to commit to use them. Note:If you are an experienced networker who has been successful in the direct selling industry you will know how to get prospects to use the tools in step 3 of the quick start guide. You will know that the following action is designed to create curiosity and effectively set appointments when training new IBO’s.

  7. Remember in the first several weeks we want the new prospect to be listening to someone more experienced executing step 2. This also is good for entrepreneurs who say they do not have time because now the up-team can leverage that persons limited time and still allow them to capitalize. Everyone who you refer will be put in your group even if you do not do it yourself. This second point is only done for the first few weeks; after that we expect the now experienced IBO that has been listening and mentored to go right to step 3.

  8. Our next goal is to help you start building immediately. To do this you need to commit to providing 2 people's names and contact information from our memory jogger and over 20 targeted markets to your up team each day. (There should be a minimum of no less than 5 per week) YOU DO NOT TALK TO THE PERSON ahead of time about anything. At the time of the introduction you will, through a group contact (3 way call, online chat, etc), introduce your prospect to your sponsor or up team and let them talk to the contact.

  9. Here is an example of what you would say during that introduction: "Hello Mary this is Mike I haven't spoken with you in a little while. I won't waste a lot of your time. I have an associate connected with me on the phone and he is just going to ask you one question.” Before Mary can say anything your up team member cuts in and could say "Hello Mary, this is Bob, Mike said you were an open minded entrepreneur, If I could show you a vehicle that does not involve a lot of your time or money and wouldn't jeopardize anything that you are currently doing, but would have the potential to create a secondary income stream would you at least take a look at it?" At this stage curiosity satisfied is interest lost. If the prospect asks what is it we tell them"it is visual, we have to show you". If they ask"Can you tell me more?"you say"Yes, everyone wants it, no one has it, and you can make a lot of money with it." Only get the appointment at this stage!

  10. Most IBO's lose potential prospects because they do not know how to posture themselves and what to say. In your first 2 to 3 weeks while you are learning you will be listening to your sponsor or up team handle your prospective customers and IBO's. You will learn by listening. The purpose of this first introduction by your sponsor or up team is to simply get an appointment and create curiosity. Just like in a movie trailer they say simply enough to get your interest. Your prospect will have to go to the appointment online or offline in one of the many different formats we use to share the entire story.

  11. After allowing your sponsor or up team to speak to your prospects for your first two or three weeks in the business you should be ready to start using the tools and powerlines yourself. The powerlines are scripts that you use to create curiosity. There are many of them detailed in the following link. Our powerlines are effective and proven tools that create interest with your prospects.

  12. Although we have many tools for duplication that allow your new prospect to visualize or listen to the presentation, Here are the top 10 that we recommend you start with: • 3 way telephone call into the Qivana Hot-line 801-610-4700 and listen to option 1, the 5 minute overview. • Find out when the prospect can listen to the 30 minute webinar, available 24 hours a day, and be prepared to speak with them when they are finished. • Go to your myqivana.com (www.myqivana.com/<yourusername>) website and have your prospect listen to the opportunity presentation on the main page. Set up a time in advance when you can follow up with them once they have completed the presentation.

  13. • Hand out Live your Life brochure and attached CD, where the Doctors speak on the products. This CD begins with a 5 minute overview of the Qivana opportunity. Also available is a brand new recruiting audio CD from Mark Yarnell (multi-millionaire, author of the top selling book in our industry, and industry icon) called "11 Minute Ticket to Paradise.” Loan it to people to listen to in their car, and receive it back in 2 -3 days, so you can get opinions and close. Keep 10 to 15 out a week. • Have your prospective client listen to our pre-recorded or live opportunity call. • Send prospects to www.theqstory.com.   15. It is extremely important that you create the discipline necessary to be successful in any business. Please fill out the daily activity chartand every Monday forward it to your sponsor and upline team. You will be surprised on how it will teach you what you need to do to be more successful. You can be successful and you can make excuses, but you can't do both... Excuses are the nails that build houses of failure. Have the daily activity chart be your guideline to creating successful action without procrastination. These duplication tools and the many others we have available will help you expand your business and help you on your way to achieving you goals and dreams.

  16. You could use any of the over 40 different ways to build the business to develop your team. Remember we also move our products in over 20 different markets. Most people have at least 4 different networks in their life. These networks are the 4 cornerstones to building your business and they are: Business contacts you know or know of; personal friends online and through social networks; Family and; Community. Throughout our lives we rely on these cornerstones for our basic needs, to develop new opportunities, and new relationships. The opportunity to expand your network and create opportunity has never been greater than it is available today both online and offline. Incorporating online guerrilla marketing techniques, interconnected circlesof influence and social networking into your business will create an endless stream of prospects for your business.

  17. The chart demonstrates how we can use our interconnected circles of influence to expand your network without talking to existing family, friends and business associates. We can utilize our connections to reach out and expand our business in new and different directions. Once you find your prospects, using any of our 40 Techniques, your new IBO's must sign up correctly and use a simple system that allows you to capitalize on the marketing plan. We suggest you start by putting one person on your left and one person on your right. Both people must have at least a 100 point auto ship to be active so you can receive a check. Then you should try to keep both sides as balanced in volume and number of active distributors as possible. The advancement of your levels of achievement will be based on the group volume (GV) of your lesser leg, which is called your pay leg.   18. Once the person signs in you must send the Welcome Letter and then repeat the four Diamond Success steps. After you complete our Quick Start (part 1) you have have a strong foundation toward achieving a diamond level with Qivana. The next phase of our Diamond Success System is achieving the 5 rank advancements to diamond level (Road to Diamond) which is a matter of building on this foundation. The next step in our system (Part 2, the Road to Diamond) will allow you to work your way up the compensation plan. Each rank advancement in the complete compensation plan will increase your income possibilities. However all you really need to know is the 5 rank advancements to diamond.
