2. Terms & Conditions Entries are taken on a first come first served basis with no ballot but only limited entries will be taken. Horse / Rider combination may only register for one Section. Medical Armbands and Body Protectors are compulsory for Cross Country. Hats must be worn at all times when mounted with chin strap fastened. Hats must be to BSEN1384 / PAS015 Standard. Junior Section - Rider to be 16years or under on 1/1/13 Senior Section - Rider to be over 16years on 1/1/13 Junior & Senior Sections may be combined if insufficient entries in each class All horses must be 4 years and over. Dogs to be kept on leads at all times. All attend at their own risk. Epworth Equestrian will not be held responsible for any loss, accident, injury or damage that might occur to any person, horses or property. Any horse / rider combination wishing to withdraw must do so by Wednesday prior otherwise no refund will be given. All attending must have their own personal and public liability insurance.
