Odoo 13 Approvals Module

Approval is a new module introduced in the odoo v13 Enterprise edition. This module has been made to manage and customize all the request that the employee might need approval from the manager. INTRODUCTION ❏ Approval is a new module introduced in the odoo v13 Enterprise edition. ❏ This module has been made to manage and customize all the request that the employee might need approval from the manager. ❏ In other words, this module helps to approve the different requests submitted through the employees, like a business trip, submit a leave, etc.

  3. ❏ Install Approvals app from odoo app store

  4. ❏ Goto Approvals App -> Configuration -> Approvals Types ->Create

  5. ❏ Provide approval name and approver details with options-> Save

  6. ❏ We can see newly added approval type from dashboard -> Then Create New Request

  7. ❏ Provide Request details -> Click on “Attach Document” for attaching documents ->Submit

  8. ❏ We can access the requests for review from Manager -> Approvals to Review and also from kanban view -> To Review

  9. ❏ Approve request by clicking Approve Button

  10. ❏ We can see all the approvals from Manager -> All approvals

  11. ❏ We can view own requests from My Approvals -> My Requests
