Test of Gross Motor Development II • 12 gross motor patterns organized into locomotion and object control tests • Object Control • Two handed strike, stationary bounce, catch, kick, roll and overhand throw • Locomotor Control • Run, gallop, hop, leap, horizontal jump, and slide • Equipment • Masking tape, 4-6 in lightweight ball, plastic bat, 8-10 in playground ball, 6-8 in sponge ball, tennis ball, score sheets
Fitnessgram • Tests four components of overall health status and optimal function • Aerobic capacity • Body composition • Upper body strength and endurance, abdominal strength & endurance • Flexibility
