  2. Issues/Concerns • Passwords • Account maintenance • Reports coordinators: inform me when accounts need to be deleted from Restricted Hub • Disappearing account problem - RESOLVED • READ ONLY group & CONTRIBUTE group per institution • Individual accts. must be a member a Group Acct.

Issues/Concerns (Alerts) • ISSUE: • Requires valid e-mail address • AD groups can only accommodate 1 e-mail address (Note: Alerts do work if individual account exists) • SOLUTIONS: • Local e-mail distribution lists • CONCERN: • would require frequent “local IT” and reports coordinator maintenance • CANNOT use 1 distribution address for each AD group • Return to e-mail notifications • Use of Announcement section – requires manual check for new items • STATUS: • DISCUSSION

  4. Project: Certification Archives Purpose: make submitted certifications accessible at all times. Current Filing Mythology: • All-In-1 Certification folder • YYYY – YY folder • Individual Certification folders by submission period) EXAMPLE: • 2010-11 • Accountability, All Measures • Accountability, Measure 5 • ...

  6. Opening MS Office Files • Right-click on the ICON • Select open in new Tab/Window The File Download dialog appears, select either Open or Save • Note: if logon window appears click CANCEL
