Future Timeline September, 2011 RPS release LTSDV to RAM staff for testing Oct-Dec, 2011 RPS IT connects LTSDV to Billing/ Inspection modules 2012 NRC delivers inspection module Update in WBL RPS begin web based licensing to licensees in NC October, 2011 Go “live” LTSDV with RAM staff Spring, 2012 RPS go “live” with Billing/ Inspection modules RPS IT test and implement LTSDV inspection module

Steps We’ve Taken… • Convert RAM data from Access 2003 to SQL using SQL 2008 R2 • Set up new SQL Server (SQL 2008) • Set up new Web Server (Windows 2003 server) plan to upgrade • Migrating RAM data to NRC radmat database • Install LTS Lite and LTSDV onto Web Server • Testing of LTS Lite and LTSDV Future Expectations • Move to Web Based Licensing state wide • Inspections: Record data, create reports, run statistical queries • Incorporate Billing • On-line Bill Pay • Going paperless for licensing • Scan legacy documents to attach to electronic license information
