Business Planning • Initiative e-commerce will enter market for athletes • First will start with just shoes, and then may go into clothing • Footwear will appear on website in bright and clear images • Tax included and shipping charges will be reasonable and fast • Helpful pages on website to help customers with any problems

  4. Technology Infrastructure • Computer desktop with proper hardware and software • Web designer for website • E-mail box for communicating with others • Online security for business is very vital, including anti-virus systems

  5. Design • Website will be simple to use and understand • Virtual shopping cart will be provided • E-mail confirmation will be sent out with 24 hours • Web designer will choose out proper colors and design for website • FAQ’s page will be easy to find and use

  6. Marketing • Product I am selling will be marketed • Advertisements by internet or paper ads • Credit cards are accepted • E-mail will be checked often for complaints about returns or help needed
